Nimbalyst, Inc. uses the third-party providers below to help deliver the Nimbalyst product. Each is bound by a data processing agreement that includes the European Union Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfer. We do not sell personal data.

AI providers
Nimbalyst connects to AI providers such as Anthropic and OpenAI using credentials you supply. Your prompts and content are sent to the provider you choose under your own agreement with that provider, so the provider acts as your processor, not ours. We do not add our own AI sub-processors to your data.
Changes to this list
We post changes here and update the date above. To be notified before a new sub-processor takes effect, email [email protected] to subscribe. We give 30 days’ notice and an opportunity to object, as set out in our Data Processing Agreement.
