Overwhelmed and disorganized by Codex and Claude Code? Use Nimbalyst Wiki.
A wiki in Nimbalyst that your agents write for you so you can think, organize, and set direction
How it works
Use it in the Nimbalyst app
Your agents write it from their activity
While they work, your agents turn sessions into notes, open questions, decisions and principles, and write them into pages for you. You start with a wiki instead of a blank page.
Notes, open questions and decisions in one place
Every decision is marked with who made it, when, and what was not chosen. Open questions show who owns them, and the home page collects what needs you and what changed recently.
You edit it and think in it
The wiki is yours to work in. Rewrite a page, reorder priorities, settle an open question or sketch an idea, and your agents pick up from what you wrote.
Markdown, mockups, diagrams and 2x2s
Pages are rich documents. Write in markdown and drop in mockups, diagrams, 2x2s, charts and attached files, all editable in place, so the thinking lives next to the picture of it.
Your agent builds typed databases for your work
Ask your agent to track competitors, customers or features and it creates a type with the right fields and fills it in. The wiki shows each one as a table you can read at a glance.
A graph underneath keeps every page in sync
Pages, questions and decisions link to each other as a graph. When something changes, your agent follows those links and updates every page connected to it, so the wiki tells one consistent story.
Bring your team in
Your personal wiki is free. With Nimbalyst Teams, the wiki goes multiplayer, and you, your teammates and all of your agents work in the same pages in real time.

How it differs
Built for the person working with the agents
| Agent memory tools | Classic team wikis | Nimbalyst Wiki | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who writes it | The agent | People | Your agents, and you |
| Who it's for | The agent | People | You |
| What's in it | Facts the agent chose to save | Whatever people found time to write | Notes, open questions, decisions and principles |
| How it gets used | The agent pulls it into its next task | People search it when they need it | You read it, prioritize and set direction |
Agent memory helps the agent remember, and the Nimbalyst Wiki helps you keep up with your agents and decide what matters.
What goes in it
Only what someone needs to think about or decide
Kept beside the work
The wiki holds your key ideas, questions, decisions and principles at every level. The work itself stays in your sessions, docs and trackers, and the wiki links to it.
Distilled to the essentials
A note earns its place when a strong model would get it wrong without it, when a person chose it or needed it to choose, and when it will still matter after the code changes.
A recipe for your project
Hand the wiki to an agent and it should be able to rebuild the product, the company and the marketing. If it would build something different, a decision is not written down yet.
